Returns at Lumora
We want you to be comfortable with your Lumora Contour. If it is not right for you, you can send it back for a refund. These terms apply to all orders, wherever in the world you live.
How to start a return
Use the return form on our home page. We arrange the collection of the package from you, so you do not need a return address.
Free returns for the first 15 days
Return your order within 15 days of the date it was delivered and the return is free.
Days 16 to 30
From day 16 up to day 30 after delivery, you can still return your order, and you cover the cost of returning it. That cost is deducted from your refund. Your product must be returned within 30 days of delivery. This is the final cutoff, and we cannot accept returns after it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or it is not what you ordered, we pay for the return.
Condition of your return
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and undamaged.
Your refund
We refund the amount you paid for the product within 7 business days of your return being approved, by EFT. If you return your order from day 16 to day 30, the cost of the return is deducted from your refund. Refund amounts are in US dollars. The original shipping cost is not refunded, and we do not charge a restocking fee. We offer refunds only, not exchanges.
Delivery
Orders are delivered in 1 to 14 calendar days from the day they ship. Shipping is free. We ship worldwide.
